What is Volume 1?
Volume 1 is a Mumbai-based clothing brand creating hand-illustrated, relatable oversized t-shirts. Our tees are designed to add humour, comfort and personality to your everyday style.
What makes Volume 1 different from other t-shirt brands?
Every design is hand-drawn in-house, produced in small batches, and made to order.
We create wearable art, not generic fast-fashion prints.
Are your t-shirts unisex?
Yes! All Volume 1 tees are unisex with a relaxed oversized fit.
Product & Quality
What material do you use?
We use 100% French Terry Cotton, 240 GSM, known for its durability, softness and breathability and perfect for Indian weather.
How are the prints made?
Our designs are printed using high-quality DTF printing for bold colours, sharp details and long-lasting durability.
Are your designs original?
Absolutely. Every design is hand-illustrated by our team.
No copied art. No stock vectors.
Will the print fade or peel?
Not if you treat it right!
With proper care, our prints stay vibrant for a long time.
Sizing & Fit
How does the oversized fit work?
We use a relaxed, oversized fit.
Check the size chart for exact chest, length and shoulder measurements.
What size should I choose?
- For a standard oversized look → choose your regular size
- For an extra baggy fit → size up
- For a relaxed-but-not-too-loose fit → size down

Ordering & Production
Are the t-shirts made to order?
Yes! Each piece is created only after you place an order.
This reduces waste, avoids overproduction and ensures your tee is fresh off the press.
Can I modify my order?
You can modify or cancel within 12 hours after placing the order, before it enters production.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Processing time: 2–4 working days
Shipping time: 4–7 working days (depending on location)
You’ll get a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, no, but we are working on adding it soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, Volume 1 ships across India only.
International shipping is coming soon.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Since our tees are made to order, we do not accept returns
Do you offer exchanges for size issues?
While we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, we offer size exchanges within 4 days of delivery, as long as the product is unworn and in original condition.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’ll replace it free of charge.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Care Instructions
How do I wash my Volume 1 t-shirt?
To keep your tee looking fresh:
- Wash inside-out
- Use cold water
- Use a mild detergent
- Avoid scrubbing the print
- Do not iron directly on the design
- Wash with similar colours
Follow these, and your tee will stay happy.
Will the colours fade over time?
All cotton fabrics fade very slightly after repeated washes, but if you wash gently and avoid harsh detergents, you’ll keep your tee vibrant for much longer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is not available at the moment.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Add a note during checkout and we’ll pack your order with extra love.
Can I get a custom design printed?
