CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
RETURN AND REFUND
We do not provide return and refund at the moment. We only provide EXCHANGE for SIZE ISSUES. Please note, NO EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS.
The piece must be unused, unwashed, free of odor and intact in the original packaging.

Once the exchange is confirmed by our team, we will arrange for a pickup.
Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check by our team and catering to the hygiene standards for our products and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
We reserve the right to not accept an exchange if -
The products are damaged
The products are used
We will ship the new product within 48 hrs of receiving the previous product.
Exchange can be done on the same product for the new size ONLY ONCE.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, we will issue a coupon code redeemable on the website.
The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Articles purchased on any promotion/ sale are not eligible for return/ exchange or refund.
