Shipping policy
1. Processing :
Once we receive your order please allow 2-4 days for processing (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). You will receive a confirmation mail once your order has been placed. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number once your order is booked for pickup in our system.
2. Purchasing
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.
3. Shipping
Please allow 4 - 8 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Volume 1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office and is in the hands of our delivery partner, we have no control over the package.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges will be considered up to 4 days from when the product was received, and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please email us at contact.volume1@gmail.com to place an exchange request.
We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order. Once the items reach our facility and have passed quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched from our facility.
Please note that items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

Products purchased on 'SALE', such as "End Of Season Sale" etc., cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
If your item is faulty, incorrect or not delivered, you will have to let us know within 2 days of receiving the package. We cannot issue any refunds/provide assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases.
